[Moderation] Test of Allowed Users

There is a mode of list subscription that allows users to post without moderation (once allowed) and without being subscribed to receive messages from the list.

This is not a natural way to subscribe, since it means that someone would not receive messages to the list in response to an inquiry of their own.

It is intended more for users who are subscribed under a different email address than the one that is desired for use in messages to the list. It is one way of using a special email address for which one is not concerned about its harvesting by spammers. That email will, however, be the beneficiary of replies from legitimate list users that use the allowed sending address and one must decide how to sort those out. That can still be useful by regular list posters who do not want personal requests for further support to go to them instead of to the list and ignoring anything to that email makes sense.

This message to the list is for confirmation that the allowance mechanism is working for users@ openoffice.apache.org. It is working if trust @ worthiness.org does not receive a copy of this message from the list.
