I am using a docker based deployment and have tried both with versions 1.0.0 and 0.9.14. When adding the duo extension. I put in my username and password, then get prompted by DUO. DUO auth is successful but it never logs in. It just hangs there. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Thank you.
