[PR] chore: upgrade site dependencies [bifromq-sites]

   ## Summary
   - Upgrade Docusaurus packages to 3.10.1 and refresh React/TypeScript-related direct dependencies
   - Refresh pnpm and npm lockfiles
   - Add dependency overrides to resolve audited transitive vulnerabilities while preserving compatible major versions
   
   ## Verification
   - pnpm typecheck
   - pnpm build
   - pnpm audit --prod
   - npm audit --omit=dev
