setPrefix does not allow null parameter

1. It's better to post such kind of questions to xerces-j-user@xml.apache.org 
mailing list. And it's more likely to get a prompt response if you provided 
more detailed information. (For example, setPrefix of which class/interface.)
2. "null" is not a valid value for prefix. When you want "nothing" to be the 
prefix, use empty string "".
