[GH] (texera/test-checkpoint-subsystem-spec): Workflow run "Required Checks" is working again!

test(amber): own a suite-local ActorSystem and shut it down in afterAll

Per Copilot feedback on #4838: the spec was triggering AmberRuntime's
lazy ActorSystem("Amber", ...) creation and never terminating it,
leaking Pekko threads across tests.

Switch to a suite-local ActorSystem ("CheckpointSubsystemSpec-test")
created in the spec itself, used directly for the SerializedState
round-trip test. To honor the same hygiene for the CheckpointState
save/load tests — which hard-code AmberRuntime.serde — inject the
suite-local Serialization into AmberRuntime via reflection in
beforeAll, then reset AmberRuntime's _actorSystem/_serde to null and
TestKit.shutdownActorSystem the suite-local system in afterAll. No
runtime threads leak past the spec.
