[I] fix(js): use localhost instead of disabling hostname verification in TLS e2e tests [iggy]

The Node TLS e2e test `(foreign/node/src/e2e/tls.system.e2e.ts)` connects to `127.0.0.1` and disables hostname verification with `checkServerIdentity: () => undefined`. The server certificate SAN is `DNS:localhost`, so connecting via `localhost` instead would allow proper hostname verification. Python and C# TLS tests already use `localhost`. This aligns all SDKs on the safer approach.
