When Selecting the linked UUID value of a Controller Service from the Bulletin Board, the result is "Error: Unable to find the specified component." Expected behavior would be to open the appropriate Controller Services tab (either Component or Reporting Tasks)

Perhaps related is the fact that Controller Service UUID values are not searchable from the toolbar. This ticket may need to add this capability as well.
