newbie question

Hi all
II would like to use HWPF to extract some txt info from a word document.
I am afraid I downloaded via svn a mixed POI-HWPF version, so I have an
exception "java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError:
org/apache/poi/hwpf/HWPFDocument (Unsupported major.minor version 49.0)"

Where/how can I find the correct versions of poi and HWPF?
