For bytecode, calcite, schema modules need to fix all new codystyle issues except for "SummaryJavadoc"

steps to start:
1. switch to branch ignite-15371-new
{{2. uncomment all rules in check-rules/checkstyle-rules.xml}}  except "SumaryJavadoc"
3. run mvn validate -Pcheckstyle -Dmaven.all-checks.skip to see all issues.
