[PATCH] Command based list serv Manager

Attached is a proposal for an command based list serv Manager. Inluded is a
proposal document which details this work as well as the source code
implementation.

Also, i'd be more than happy to submit this to mailet.org if that is the
more appropriate venue.

Attached is a revised proposal that uses the Jakarta ORO package instead of
the JDK 1.4 RegExp package.

No i wouldn't mind at all. I suspected that being tied to JDK 1.4 probably
wasn't an option.

Mark,

Would you mind modifying the code to use Oro matcher
(http://jakarta.apache.org/oro/index.html)? Oro is already part of the
James distribution, whereas java.regex requires JDK 1.4+.

Otherwise, I haven't had time to look over it much, although I did look to
see how you were handling the configuration.
