I installed Tomcat on my Win NT 4.0 machine (w/ SP4) on which I am
running JDK 1.2.2.  I used the default installation (that is, I didn't
change any of the config files established by the first running of
Tomcat.)  When I simply go to http://localhost:8080/ I get the error:

Error: 404
Location: /
File Not Found
/ 


Any ideas what may be my problem?  (I've gone over the archives and FAQs
already.  None of the issues mentioned in the FAQ are causing my
problem.)
