Actually this area of functionality is SUPER flaky/touchy right now.  Sometimes changing the number of things/page seems not to work, and the interface does things like tell you there were 12 results - but show you 10 - but not give you an option to see the last two - if you set the number of results to 25.  Doing that sort of setting change should immediately show ALL the results if there are 12!  Someone needs to play around with this - for different sized queries - and different formats - and get the kinks out.  :)
