[PR] [core] Allow first-row merge engine for primary-key managed BLOB tables. [paimon]

## Summary
Allow `merge-engine=first-row` on primary-key tables with managed `blob-field`.
## Purpose
Primary-key tables with managed `blob-field` (`BLOB`, `ARRAY<BLOB>`, `MAP<K, BLOB>`) were previously restricted to `deduplicate` and `partial-update` in `SchemaValidation`.
The standard MergeTree write path already supports `first-row` (`PrimaryKeyBlobExternalizer` → `KeyValueDataFileWriter` → `.blobref` sidecar). This PR:
- removes the unnecessary schema restriction
- adds tests for `first-row` + managed BLOB behavior
- documents the supported configuration in `blob-storage.md`
## Tests
- [x] `SchemaValidationTest#testPrimaryKeyManagedBlobAllowsFirstRow`
- schema accepts `first-row` + `blob-field` + `changelog-producer=none`
- [x] `PrimaryKeyManagedBlobStoreTest#testFirstRowManagedBlobKeepsFirstValue`
- two commits on the same PK with different managed BLOB payloads
- read path keeps the first payload (`first-row` semantics)
- compaction keeps only the first `.blobref` reference, not the second
