All the generator implementations and all distribution samplers are in "Commons RNG" and several classes/interfaces in the {{random}} package do not do more than wrapping calls to functionality defined over there.

Being dependent on functionality implemented in package {{linear}}, {{CorrelatedRandomVectorGenerator}} must remain in "Commons Math".
