I looked at
http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBENDUSER/Apache+OFBiz+Business+Setup+Guide
and found the section on
Store Payment Settings
and
Payment Processor Details

confusing.

here is possibly a overview that may clarify those section.
note I may have holes so if someone will fill in i would appreciated it.

Store Payment Settings-overview
This page included both payment methods the customer will use and like
Credit card and the payment Processor configuration.
For Credit Cards you replace the current services with the Payment
processor services you are going to use.
Like alwaysApproveCCProcessor = cyberSourceCCAuth for a cybersource
processory

for payment processors like world pay are set to External Payment (No
Service) when not used.

Payment Processor-overview.
Note: payment processors are load as data by install or web tools.

Payment processor is usually a gateway to process CC.
you only have one of these enabled at a time.
Paypal is an exception since it is a payment type and payment process
rolled into one. so you would have a service type like CC and put in the
paypal services you find in
Papal is also different since they process the cc and just return the
results.
