* Proto messages for export submit request/response and job status (job id, execution state, filters, sizing, tar path, error message, elapsed time).
 * SCM server handler wiring to {{ContainerExportManager}} ({{{}submitJob{}}}, {{{}getExportStatus{}}}).
 * Client-side proto translation / stubs in the existing SCM client stack.
