with EJBs

Romain Manni-Bucau resolved TOMEE-1360.
---------------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
Wont fix for now to not keep task we don't work on but if we want to tackle it we need:
1) deploy java:global in a local jndi
2) get rid of internal jndi
3) add some guards to detect app leaks

> I'd like to kindly ask for parallel deployment support of webapps with EJBs in TomEE.
> Currently the deployment of the newer version of the application fails with a DuplicateDeploymentIdException.
> I understand it would complicated to implement, but I think it's worth since it would aggregate value to the product, as it keeps redeployment simple and effective in production environments.
> Thanks
