Is the source code available?

 
  I am interested in working in watchdog group. When I tried to download the source code ( http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-watchdog/nightly/src <http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-watchdog/nightly/src> ) I got a page not found exception. The same is case with Binaries. Also looks like there is no activity in mailing lists.
 
 Is there going to some activity?
