information is returned for individual row which contains invalid value in
a rowsets.
RuoYu Zuo created TRAFODION-1717:
------------------------------------
Summary: No error code and error information is returned for individual row which contains invalid value in a rowsets.
Key: TRAFODION-1717
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRAFODION-1717
Project: Apache Trafodion
Issue Type: Bug
Components: sql-exe
Reporter: RuoYu Zuo
Normally, when do a batch insert in JDBC, if there's invalid value in an individual row of a batch, the insertion of this batch shall be succeeded except the individual row with invalid value(string length larger than the column size in this case.), and an error code represent the specific failure will be returned in the status array for this particular row.
However, SQL does not return any error code and information for this case, it just returns SQL_SUCCEED for entire batch, and noway to know which individual row runs into insertion error.
