I put it under jakarta-avalon-site/src/documentation/content/xdocs/pmc/.
(I still haven't figured out how to build the site, though.)

I would assume, Leo, that PMC Voting Procedures is a section of the overall
PMC Policies and Procedures document, factored out simply for purposes of
discussion and vote.
Will you now also begin the process of converting to xdoc format, and
publishing on your web site?

In jakarta-avalon-site/docs/pmc/ there's a PMC-VOTING-PROCEDURES.txt,

but the voting procedures talk about a "Avalon PMC Policies and
Procedures"
document.
I intend to create such a document and delete the PMC-VOTING-PROCEDURES
document. Is that OK?
