+1
I'm a moderator of devl@lucene.apache.org, but I think this may be blocked at a lower level before it hits the mailing lists.
Any help getting emails flowing again from this sender would be great!

> A few of us run extra jenkins servers for lucene/solr and forward result emails to the list.
> This was working fine for some time until while I was away for some time, Jenkins got tangled up in an unknown state. When I returned to address the problem, just waking up the monitor changed something and every email notice for a lot of fails that had built up over a few days were sent at once.
> I got all these emails on my personal address. Luckily, the list appeared smart enough to block them.
> I waited a while to re set up Jenkins and started it again last night. Initially, a few report emails got through, but now they all seem blocked.
> So while I'm quite happy I was blocked, I'm looking for information or help on getting unblocked.
> The email sender to the dev@lucene.apache.org list is noreply@fullmetaljenkins.org.
> Any help or pointers?
