Diff between ... SQL/v2 and SQL/2.0

Which is the diff. between
xmlns:esql="http://apache.org/cocoon/SQL/v2
and
xmlns:sql="http://apache.org/cocoon/SQL/2.0
??


BTW ... I want to execute an Oracle Function (create or replace function (X
IN NUMBER) RETURN NUMBER), any example ... please.
