[ANNOUNCE] Apache Wookie 0.10.0-incubating Release

The Apache Wookie (Incubating) team is pleased to announce the immediate
availability of the Wookie 0.10.0-incubating release.

Apache Wookie is a Java server application that allows you to upload and deploy
widgets for your applications; widgets can not only include all the usual kinds of
mini-applications, badges, and gadgets, but also fully-collaborative applications such
as chats, quizzes, and games. Wookie is based on the W3C Widgets specification, but
widgets can also be included that use extended APIs such as Google Wave Gadgets
and OpenSocial.

The release can be obtained from the Apache Wookie download page:
http://incubator.apache.org/wookie/docs/download.html

Release Notes for this release are available at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/ReleaseNote.jspa?projectId=12310961&version=12319085

New and Noteworthy in this release:

We welcome your help and feedback. For more information on how to report problems, and to
get involved, visit the project website at:

A big thanks to Paul for the release documentation - its very thorough and I only made a couple of newbie mistakes (for which I've added notes into the doc).

Did anyone take action to add a JIRA ticket to Rave to upgrade the version
of Wookie that is bundled?
