Management Tasks

I want to use Ant to build distributions and deploy our processes.  I see a
series of ant tasks (http://ode.apache.org/ant-tasks.html) and command line
tools (http://ode.apache.org/commandline-tools.html) that seem capable of
accomplishing this, but I can¹t find the jars that contain theses classes.
Is there a repository somewhere that has the requisite jars, or even an old
Intalio repository that has the PXE jars?
If these tasks and tools are no longer available, is there any information
about how I would create the DeploymentService¹s expected message (i.e.
Serializing & encoding a zip file)?
