FEDIZ - wauth callback handler feature

Hi all

Maybe it makes sense to be able to configure a callback handler to set the
value for the wauth parameter as part of the redirect to the IDP.
If the IDP is configured to challenge the browser with kerberos it doesn't
work to fallback to username/password challenge.

Based on the provided information in the URI, the callback handler could
let the IDP know to challenge the browser with username/password. This is
relevant especially for testing with different users whereas you are logged
in to your workstation with one user only.
What do you think?
