Please use tc:in if you doesn't want a label
tx:in is a shortcut for
<tc:panel>
<f:facet name="layout">
<tc:gridLayout columns="fixed;*" />
</f:facet>
<tc:label>
<tc:in>
</tc:panel>
What you see is a label without text.
