[PR] IGNITE-29142 Make Apache Ignite 2 the default version on the website [ignite-website]

NSAmelchev opened a new pull request, #339:

   - Quick Start links, `/docs/latest` and `/releases/latest` lead to Ignite 2 (2.18.0).
   - Download, docs and resources pages list Ignite 2 first; home page code samples use the Ignite 2 thin clients.
   - Dated Ignite 3 status note on the download, docs and FAQ pages.
   - Sitemap priority moved to the Ignite 2 docs; `robots.txt` unchanged.
   - Fixed: Ignite 3 install links on the download page, API-doc 404 fallback in `.htaccess`.
   - Postponed: status banner inside the Ignite 3 docs.
   
   Before/after screenshots are attached to the Jira ticket.
