[jira] [Resolved] (UIMA-2665) DUCC Service Manager - Job referencing non-existent service allowed to run.

Jim Challenger resolved UIMA-2665.
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

The underlying problem was misunderstanding by the user over whether to use "," or " " to delimit multiple services. The solution is to switch from "," to " " since that seems to be the common delimeter in the DUCC CLI.

> If a job references a non-existent service the pinger presents errors but the job is allowed to run. SM should wait a bit to see if the problem clears up and if not, fail the job.
