Thanks for fixing the problem with ScriptAlias/Alias conflict in
0.99.10!  Now one minor thing, the example access.conf should put
ExecCGI in /local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin, since you suggest that this is
the right thing to do.  (According to CHANGES).
