Wss4j.jar

Hi all,

Can someone pls give ma an url, where I can download an up-to-date version
of the wss4j.jar or send me?
--> I also looking for a dokumentation, how to build up keymanagement to use
with wss4j.
What should I do to get wss4j working for example with
WSDoAllSender/Receiver

Some help would be fantastic
