it is really beautiful to see an entire site in XML :)
congratulations !
What about renaming .xml to .html so that it is more usual ?

Hehe. :)

I'm the webmaster for www.onemind.com -- I've locked down the Cocoon.xml and
the jserv-status handlers. :)

Neither one was a real security risk in my eyes, as it's a public site
without security though obscurity, but you can never be too safe. :)

That's true but using "my" method one can have both security and
functionality since Apache can be configured to allow access only from
certain address.
I think we should start a flame-war on that.

Easier is to look at the cocoon.properties and see this lines there:

############################################################################
##
#                          Cocoon Configuration file
#
############################################################################
##

##########################################
# Global Configurations                  #
##########################################

# Indicates whether or not Cocoon should be visible if
# the requested URI equals the specified one.
selfservlet.enabled = true
selfservlet.uri = /Cocoon.xml

Hei Pei !
That is really exciting! But even the thought of it gives me the shivers to
think of what is going to happen to my site....
A nice point you have raised. How to prevent this leakage of information!!
It is just as if you are sharing the whole site with the outisde world! how
to prevent this since Cocoon .xml is built in the system!! Please guide:
your suggestion /instructions are awaited.
Jonathan I hope you also must be more than willing to know of it... haha

Neat! Just have one queston. Does your site serve
http://www.onemind.com/Cocoon.xml intentionally
since October as well?
