>From looking at this bug (CAMEL-6025) it looks like the decision was made to change the CamelFileLastModified header from a Date to a Long. The documentation for the File2 component only states that the CamelFileLastModified is a Date. This should be updated to show that it is a Long as of versions 2.10.4 and 2.11.0.
