   通过nginx代理nacos集群且集群开启鉴权，就会出现dubbo无法注册到nacos的问题。
   nacos在调用nacos API时，会判断serverAddr是否有http://或者https://的前缀，没有则添加http://
   dubbo侧无法进行相关的配置，导致始终无法连接到nacos
