   Translate all pages under \`docs/setup/\` into Chinese (~23 files).
   
   ## Files
   
   - \`docs/setup/overview.md\`, \`modules.md\`, \`platform.md\`, \`maven-coordinates.md\`, \`docker.md\`
   - \`docs/setup/install-scala.md\`, \`install-python.md\`, \`zeppelin.md\`, \`cluster.md\`
   - \`docs/setup/wherobots.md\`, \`databricks.md\`, \`emr.md\`, \`glue.md\`, \`fabric.md\`, \`azure-synapse-analytics.md\`
   - \`docs/setup/release-notes.md\`, \`compile.md\`
   - \`docs/setup/flink/install-scala.md\`, \`flink/install-python.md\`, \`flink/modules.md\`, \`flink/platform.md\`
   - \`docs/setup/snowflake/install.md\`, \`snowflake/modules.md\`
   
   ## Deliverable
   
   A \`*.zh.md\` sibling for each English file, preserving all code blocks, command snippets, version placeholders (\`{{ sedona.current_version }}\`) and admonition syntax verbatim.
