Removing some view items and video flipping

    I'm trying to remove two items from the OM view:

    1. In the chat panel, the Right to left (RTL) checkbox. I commented the labelCheckbox in overAllChatTabBottom.lzx but apparently it didn't work (??)
    2. Participants with no moderation permissions have a pointer available in the whiteboard toolbox. Can I disable it for they to have no tools?

    3. In addition, is it easy to flip the webcam view like in a mirror for recording comfort?
