Strange problem with running XmlBeans.compileXsd inside a Eclipse plugin
Hi,
I don't know if this is the right mailinglist for my problem, but
I have a problem using xmlBeans inside a Eclipse (3m8) Plugin.
The simple code looks like this:
XmlObject xmlobj = XmlObject.Factory.parse(new File("D:\\dev\\tmp\\schema.xsd"));
XmlObject foo[] = { xmlobj };
SchemaTypeSystem typeSystem = XmlBeans.compileXsd(foo, XmlBeans.getBuiltinTypeSystem(), null);
and the last line throws this exception:
org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: Thread main: The 0th supplied input is not a schema or a config document: its type is N=
at org.apache.xmlbeans.impl.schema.SchemaTypeSystemImpl.forSchemaXml(SchemaTypeSystemImpl.java:177)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke0(Native Method)
at sun.reflect.NativeMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source)
at sun.reflect.DelegatingMethodAccessorImpl.invoke(Unknown Source)
...
The same code runs without any problem in a standalone java
application (with the same schema etc.).
I can't figure out what causes the problem :-/
My environment is:
Win XP
JDK 1.4.2-b28
Eclipse 3m8
xmlbeans 1.0.2
any help would be appreciated.
thanks in advance
