I had started work on having pooled connections cache the statements and
resultsets so that users of DataSource would not be so susceptable to
problems in their code.  Unfortunately, I inadvertently committed
partial
work, and I am not going to have the time to fix it in a long time.  As
a result, I will back out the changes that should not have been
committed
to begin with.

On a somewhat related note, I have accepted a job that requires an hour
or more drive each way.  With my current schedule, and the fact that my
current job won't let me work on Avalon stuff during business hours (I
miss those days), I am going to have to take a much more passive role
in Avalon than I have been in the past.  Instead of the time I spent
in code and direct Avalon docs, I have to finish my book which is
grossly
overdue.  I will be around to answer questions and stuff, but not really
contribute anything more substantial for a while.

I am looking forward to the day when I can get back into the swing of
things.
