   @wu-sheng since I figured alarm relevant issues out, I will just close this issue. From my experience, alarm rule modules always work stably and consistently. Except for some observability kinds of stuff, I didn't suffer from it.
   
   To add a CDS, I don't have much intention to do it because there's or will be a CDS in my scenario. I have other services to take care of data consistency among oap nodes.
