   But unfornutately, cannot create the _users table as [suggested](https://docs.couchdb.org/en/latest/setup/single-node.html) on OS X due to "connection refused"
   
   ```
   $ docker run -d --name couchdb -e COUCHDB_USER=admin -e COUCHDB_PASSWORD=password couchdb:3.1
   ad3e471a1e61740cb27d7e4caf668065ffb1af8cfda35a7c69e08137e696fb3e
   $ curl -X PUT http://127.0.0.1:5984/_users
   curl: (7) Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 5984: Connection refused
   ```
