Still on 2.0.47 here on RHL 9 (rebuilded from an enhanced SRPMS package - simply
add). Is it possible to add a platform related switch, e.g. 

<ifplatform Linux>
# Mutex must be changed, otherwise perchild won't work (permission problem)
AcceptMutex fcntl
</ifplatform>
