[Bug 61342] New: File Upload to ASP 4.5 App

https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=61342

            Bug ID: 61342
Summary: File Upload to ASP 4.5 App
           Product: JMeter
           Version: 3.2
          Hardware: PC
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTTP
          Assignee: issues@jmeter.apache.org
          Reporter: dkman123@hotmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

I created a long rundown on
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/45291222/jmeter-3-2-file-upload-hitting-asp-net-as-null-file
, but I'll give a brief here as well.

When I try to record an upload it enters the function with the uploaded file as
null.

I created a test app that will show the action. It works when you run it on
the server without jmeter watching, but when jmeter is watching it fails. The
fiddler results look like jmeter is doing what it's supposed to do. Is there
any reason the file doesn't reach the controller function?
