start-level activeMq

Hi all,

I don't understant the start-level in feature??

I use karaf 3.0.7 and activemq (for osgi) 5.12.3.

I explain, I want to start my feature before the 'activemq-broker-noweb'
feature, my feature depend of ipojo feature. When I set the start-level to
40 (the activeMq feature is set at 50) the activeMq feature start before my
feature??? Why?

Your feature depend on activemq feature ?
