[jira] [Created] (CLOUDSTACK-5944) listNetworkACLs unexpectedly returns all ACL's

Rutger te Nijenhuis created CLOUDSTACK-5944:
-----------------------------------------------

Summary: listNetworkACLs unexpectedly returns all ACL's
                 Key: CLOUDSTACK-5944
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CLOUDSTACK-5944
             Project: CloudStack
          Issue Type: Bug
Security Level: Public (Anyone can view this level - this is the default.)
          Components: API
    Affects Versions: 4.2.1
            Reporter: Rutger te Nijenhuis
            Priority: Minor

There is some unexpected behavior in the listNetworkACLs call.

If a valid VPCs networkid is provided, listNetworkACLs returns only the acl's belonging to the VPC network. However listNetworkACLs returns all ACLs within an account when a valid networkid is given which does not belong to a VPC network. The networkid can be from any non-VPC network, also outside the account.
