Patch to read Panose info from a truetype font

Hi

Here is a little patch which reads Panose info from the OS2 table in
TTFFile for anyone who may need it.

This is useful if you are trying to find a similar font to substitute
for one which is missing from your local system (albeit with known
panose values - as will usually be the case for a font in the font
table in an OpenXML WordprocessingML docx document ).

It is based on foray's Panose.java.
