Status of QOM again

Hi

I am considering to use the QOM API and have found the following status
note from last year

http://jackrabbit.510166.n4.nabble.com/Query-Object-Model-status-QOM-td520519.html

and in order to get a better sense wanted to catch up with the current
status.
Also it would be nice to hear about the pros and cons.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

Thanks

Michael

thanks very much for sending this pointer

I would assume that since your post was in July

http://markmail.org/message/mxp3yeeopockitom?q=JQOM#query:JQOM+page:1+mid:mxp3yeeopockitom+state:results

there are still some open issues by today, but it's up to each of us to
help improve it:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-2533
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-2715

Are there any other known issues?

Thanks

Michael

I was trying to use the JQOM interface earlier this year, and it
seemed to be missing important pieces. I can't precisely recall the
problems, but I wrote them up in posts to this list. See:

http://markmail.org/search/?q=JQOM

I would be very interested to hear if these issues have been resolved.
