Scripting language done, and documented

I've "completed" the ManifoldCF scripting language and associated
documentation, and pushed it to the site.  The site will get mirrored
within the next 24 hours.  I'd be grateful if people would take a look
and try it out a bit.  I'll likely tweak things as I write the script
examples, but probably not by too much.
