Currently, method {{org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.exec.TableRowConverter#toBinaryRow}} accepts boolean flag {{key}} and creates row with regard to this flag.  Perhaps, the api will be cleaner if we split this method on two parts: {{toKeyRow}} and {{toFullRow}}.
