[I] [Studio][Bug] Refresh paginated Topic and Consumer inventories after deletion [rocketmq-dashboard]

Aias00 opened a new issue, #2680:
URL: https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues/2680

   ## Problem

Topic and Consumer Group pages use server-side pagination, but single and bulk deletion only remove rows from the current in-memory page. The server total remains stale, and deleting the last row on the last page leaves an empty page until a manual refresh.

   ## Evidence

   - `web/src/pages/instance/topic.tsx:368`
   - `web/src/pages/instance/topic.tsx:559`
   - `web/src/pages/instance/topic.tsx:1137`
   - `web/src/pages/instance/consumer.tsx:304`
   - `web/src/pages/instance/consumer.tsx:824`
   - `web/src/pages/instance/consumer.tsx:1124`

   ## Expected behavior

   - Refresh the current server page after successful deletion.
   - Move to the previous page when the current page becomes empty.
   - Preserve failed selections after partial bulk deletion.
   - Keep total counts and filters synchronized.

   **Issue Evaluation**

   Category: `bug` | Status: **Confirmed**

**Root Cause:** After paginated Topic/Consumer deletion, the UI inventory list is not refreshed to reflect the removal. The frontend likely caches the current page without invalidating on delete mutations.
**Impact:** Users see stale data after deletion operations, leading to confusion and potential duplicate-delete attempts.
**Severity:** Medium — UX issue, no data loss, but undermines operator confidence.

This is a standard cache invalidation / optimistic update issue in paginated UIs. The fix should ensure the inventory query is re-triggered after successful deletion, with proper page boundary handling (e.g., if the last item on a page is deleted, show the previous page).
