Description:
Per FLINK-13027, {{StreamingFileSink}}'s bulk encoded writer (created with {{forBulkFormat}}) now supports customized checkpoint policies which roll file at the checkpoint epoch.
The {{StreamingFileSink}} documentation needs to be updated accordingly.
