64bit development for windows.

Hi.

After having a long conversation  with Peter (and infra), we have agreed
that I make my own git repo, where we/I build all the libs in the versions
we need for windows.

By doing it this way, we have a record of all changes, and do not add the
sources to our repo. We still have to be careful with licenses !!!!

Anybody interested can follow the work on.

I expect the libraries to be available very shortly.
